The Pursuit of Personal Excellence

Leslie-Oghomienor

RusselSmith’s pacesetting attributes have always been credited to our culture of excellence, and deep understanding that in order to add value to the operations of our customers, we must reflect our working culture and our promise to deliver quality service through operational excellence and the utilization of GLOCAL (Global + Local) capacity without compromising safety and quality standards.

Why the pursuit?

Excellence according to the Oxford dictionary means the quality of being outstanding or extremely good. At RusselSmith, we believe that the pursuit of excellence is an important part of professionalism and this tends to separate us from our peers.

As with most things in life, the results we experience tend to be in proportion with the quality of effort we put forth. If we give halfhearted effort, we experience minimal results. If we give our absolute best, we always get excellent results.

The path to excellence is a never ending one, and to remain on that path, one must continually develop new skills, improve existing capabilities, innovate and stay committed to doing excellent work. Excellence is a habit, and at RusselSmith, we have made it into a culture. As we always say, excellence is our swag, and we intend to keep it that way.
